Cabassi & Rea won Champion Open Beef Exhibit for their Cabassi & Rea Wa-gyu brand. The latest win brings their tally to two Sydney Royal Championship awards after winning Grand Champion Beef Exhibit in 2009.

Come and enjoy our Marron and Trout Platter for two. Delicous Marron with both Smoked and Baked Trout and a choice of dips. Served with a plate of extra salad and chips or vegetables in season.

For the tastiest steak in Pemberton, you can't go past our Country Cooked Steaks. Served with fresh garden salad or vegetables in season. If you enjoy garnishes, then you will enjoy our pepper sauce or mushroom sauce.
