The Shamrock Restaurant is famous for good country cooking.
It was built in 1911 as The Shamrock Boarding House for workers at the Pemberton Mill. For a brief time in its history, before electricity came to town, it housed the batteries that powered the Timber Mill.
In the late 70’s it was transformed into a Restaurant and has continued to the present day.
Pemberton is known around the world for its breathtaking beauty, Karri Forests , the Gloucester Tree, Wine, Rainbow Trout and Marron.
The Shamrock Restaurant is renown for the Marron and Trout Platter for two.

Delicous Marron with both Smoked and Baked Trout on a superb salad and a choice of dips. Served with a plate of extra salad and chips or vegetables in season.

At present we are not a licensed restaurant. But you are more than welcome to Bring Your Own. Pemberton is rich in viticulture with many wonderful Boutique Wineries to choose from.
Great Country Steaks
For the tastiest steak in Pemberton, you can't go past our Country Cooked Steaks. Served with fresh garden salad or vegetables in season. If you enjoy garnishes, then you will enjoy our pepper sauce or mushroom sauce.
Wonderful homemade deserts
If you enjoy cheese cake, then you will enjoy our sumptuous mars-bar cheese cake or the cherry-ripe cheese cake. we have other deserts, but these two remain favourites .
